Your driver will be in the arrivals area with your name clearly visible. You will have Ian’s mobile number to make contact should it be necessary to arrange a more suitable place to meet.
Yes it does. Don’t worry if your flight gets in at 3am or you need to be somewhere early or late, we’ll be there
Generally, no, but if the delay is as a result of anything other than a delayed flight, there may be additional charges. We check all flight times online just to be safe.
Again no, but if the delay is as a result of anything other than a delayed flight, there may be additional charges
No. All our drivers are registered with the Public Carriage Office therefore are exempt from the Congestion Charge
If it has been booked as a ‘wait and return’, there will be an hourly charge agreed in advance
Chauf4 makes every effort to accommodate our clients and we realise that on occasion, cancellations to bookings have to be made.
Should you need to cancel; you may incur the following discretionary charges:
7 days prior to the booking, up to 25% of the total booking fee
Between 1-6 days prior, up to 50% of the total booking fee
Cancellations made on the day may be charged at 100% of the original booking fee
